Michael Rawlings

| Owner & Master Technician |

Mike runs and oversees Paddock Performance.

With 25+ years of experiance, Mike is respected as an expert in his field.

Outside of the workshop, you will see him competing in the Paddock BMW E36 M3 race car. Mike races both in UK and Europe, and holds numerous wins & fastest laps. In 2025 he also won the LKQ karting national championship.

Also Mike is a regular visitor to the Nurburgring, and motorsport fanatic.

Sam Machin

| Workshop Master Technician |

Sam has a BMW Group main-dealer background, having worked as a BMW master tech locally for +15 years. He brings this knowledge to our team, specialising in BMW OEM repair procedures as well as having BMW training with EV service & repairs

Away from the workshop Sam enjoys motorsports & fitness training.


Daily driver: Lexus

Zack Milner

| Workshop Technician |

Zack's role is in the workshop, conducting servicing, as well as building customer cars.

Away from the workshop Zack is involved in motorsport / racing support, as well as Nurburgring trackdays.

Oliver

| Workshop Technician |

Oliver has recently completed a Motor Vehicle Technician college course and now is training as a workshop technician at Paddock Performance. He has a keen eye for detail and enjoys learning new OEM procedures.

Away from the workshop Ollie enjoys motorsports as well as martial arts training.

Tom Kedra

| Owner BM Passion |

Tom specialises in Advanced Coding, Diagnostics & Electronics - for BMW and Mini, as well as other marques.

He has his own company (BM Passion), and is located on-site at Paddock Performance. He works closely in our team, and is specialist in the electronics side of our work. He has advanced skills and enjoys deep-diagnostics & problem solving.

Away from the workshop Tom enjoys electronics, engineering and travel.
